Campaign Period 

The campaign will commence from 27/2/2025 at 10:00PM SGT - 12/5/2025 at 9:59PM SGT (“Campaign Period”).

Campaign period may be extended subjected to Moomoo SG's discretion.

Eligibility for Activity Participation

• New users who have never opened a Moomoo SG universal account or have never deposited funds before 10:00PM SGT on 27/2/2025.

• Registered users who have never deposited funds into their Moomoo SG universal account before 10:00PM SGT on 27/2/2025.

• The campaign is only open exclusively to Singapore residents who have registered for a moomoo ID. Non-residents of Singapore will not be eligible for this promotion.

• Transfer-in Promotion and New User Promotion rewards have been made stackable for users who have initiated transfer-in during the same campaign period.

The asset freeze/ maintenance period is calculated from the time the award is credited to the Moomoo SG universal account.

^Other fees related to U.S. stocks, such as regulators, exchanges, and upstream institutions, may still be charged. Unless otherwise specified, U.S. stocks refer to stocks and ETFs listed on U.S. exchanges. If the user enjoys this fee and discount, it cannot be used in combination with other rates.

Although transactions are commission-free during the promotion period, please note that platform fees are charged per order. This is to enable Moomoo SG to continue to improve the user experience, such as improving our technology, providing free market data, creating better analytical tools to improve our platform so that we can serve our users better. Frequently Asked Questions - New Users

1. I opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the campaign period, but I have not yet deposited funds. Am I still eligible for this promotion?

Existing users who have successfully opened a Moomoo SG universal account before the campaign period but have yet to deposited any amount into their Moomoo SG universal account will be eligible for this promotion.

2. Is it possible to deposit other equivalent currencies?

You can only deposit in the following currencies: SGD, USD & HKD.

• For Reward 2: S$3,000 / US$2,231 / HK$17,362.

• For Reward 3: S$10,000 / US$7,437 / HK$57,874.

• For Reward 4: S$50,000 / US$37,189 / HK$289,370.

• For Reward 5: S$100,000 / US$74,378 / HK$578,740

3. How can I receive the commission-free cards?

• Only users who open accounts during the promotion period are eligible for the commission-free cards for SG, HK & China-A stocks.

• Upon successfully opening a Moomoo SG universal account, you will receive a 1-year commission-free card for the SG market and a 30-day commission-free card for HK market & China A-shares. These can be viewed under "My Rewards" section of the APP.

• The coupons will be automatically applied, and you will start enjoying commission-free trading once it has been credited to your account (the commission-free card for SG market only includes SG stocks, ETFs, and REITs).

4. How can I receive Tesla fractional shares?

• Complete the corresponding deposit task.

• Upon completing the task, click on "Claim" on the promotion page. The corresponding Tesla fractional shares will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].

• The Tesla fractional shares will remain frozen until the asset maintenance period for each tier has been met. Once the specified conditions are satisfied, the Tesla fractional shares will be automatically unfrozen, and all rewards will be directly credited to your Moomoo SG universal account.

5. How can I receive and use the trading cash coupons?

• Complete the corresponding deposit task.

• After completing the task, click on "Claim" on the promotion page. The corresponding trading cash coupons will be issued to [My Profile] > [My Rewards].

• The trading cash coupons can be used immediately after they are credited to your account and are valid for 90 days. The S$10 trading cash coupon has a minimum buy trade requirement of S$100, while the S$20 trading cash coupons has a minimum buy trade requirement of S$400. Refer to the coupons terms and conditions for more information.

• The trading cash coupon can be used for trading HK stocks, funds (REITs); US stocks, funds (REITs), options (stock options, index options); SG stocks, funds (REITs); cryptocurrency, ETFs, thematic stocks, and thematic stock options.

Conditions and Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (“Campaign/Promotion”) are provided by Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Moomoo SG"). By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion and the existing Client Agreement. Moomoo SG has the final decision on eligibility participant eligibility.

2. Moomoo SG has the final right to interpret these terms and conditions. The data and data confirmed of this Promotion shall be subject to confirmation by Moomoo SG's back-end data. Moomoo SG reserves the right tomodify these terms and conditions without notice and may alter, withdraw, or terminate any promotion without explanation or compensation. Any adjustments or decisions made by Moomoo SG in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all participants.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred.

4. Currently, Moomoo SG limits account sign-ups to a limited group of nationalities. Please click on the drop-down box during your account opening process to see if your nationality is available on the list.

5. You can only open one universal account with Moomoo SG. Moomoo SG does not allow to open a universal account on behalf of another person (i.e. non-beneficial owners are not allowed to open accounts). Please do not open the universal account if you are not the ultimate beneficial owner.

6. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same moomoo account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

7. If your universal account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, such as the use of multiple accounts or devices, Moomoo SG may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

8. In Singapore, investment products and services available through the Moomoo App are offered through Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). Moomoo SG shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with the Campaign/Promotion and/or redemption or use of the prize/rewards howsoever arising, including but not limited to, fulfilment of the prizes/rewards, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected and/or lost in the post, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise. 11. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Moomoo SG does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

12. This Campaign/Promotion is not eligible to users whose names are on the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates safety rules of Moomoo SG, their name will be added to the "Moomoo SG Event Participation Ban List".

13. Should a user not fulfil all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion event, Moomoo SG reserves the right to cancel all offers or benefits promised in this event. Commissions and fees will then be charged by Moomoo SG as per normal standards.

14. The fee adjustment such as the US stock commission-free fee is applicable to (i) Singapore citizens; or (ii) non-Singapore citizens residing in Singapore with a valid proof of address which can be either a bill or bank statement within the past 3 months prior to opening the account, or the Singpass residential address in Singapore (if using Singpass for account opening); or (iii) other eligible clients confirmed by Moomoo SG. This fee adjustment applies only to individual clients. Moomoo SG reserves the right to change to whom (eligible clients) this fee adjustment applies.

15. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, Participant hereby grants full and unconditional consent to Moomoo SG to use, reproduce, distribute and publicly display all images and videos content, including but not limited to photographs, videos and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "Content").

17. Cash Rewards do not have any buying power until the face value of the Cash Reward is credited to your brokerage account. The use of cash rewards depends on the order amount, product type, applicable market, and other conditions. Cash Rewards can be used only once per order. Cash Rewards can be used in conjunction with a Commission Discount or Zero Commission Coupon. By default, Cash Rewards with the earliest expiration will be used first. If two or more Cash Rewards have the same expiration date, by default, the Cash Rewards with the higher denomination will be used first. Cash Rewards are not registered, non-transferrable, irrecoverable once lost, and can be used only once. Cash Rewards are promotion rewards, and Moomoo SG reserves the right to reclaim Cash Rewards acquired via inappropriate means, such as exploiting system vulnerabilities, hacking, and false pretenses.

18. The Terms and Conditions are written in both Chinese and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
